What is the return policy?

Hudson Grace offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Read more in our Return and Refund Policy.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within up to 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What shipping options are available for my order?

Hudson Grace provides free shipping on all orders. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), and you can expect delivery within approximately 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday) thereafter. See more details in our Shipping Policy.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has left our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may return the item once it arrives if you change your mind.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
